When will I receive my mail?

Mail is sent on the 10th of each month. To get that months envelope, sign up at least one day before the 10th.

How often will I be charged?

You'll be charged monthly on the same day you signed up for your subscription.

Are returns accepted?

Because each envelope is handmade and unique, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Every month's mail is a special surprise just for you!

Can I gift a subscription?

Absolutely! Just sign up the recipients name and address, and they'll get their own monthly surprises.
